Happy 2004! (:

heheh. what a great way t0 kickstart the year! i'm officially the chairperson of 4k. wh0opie-doOp! i so happy, i'm practically jumping about with j0y =D actually, i was SO jittery and nervous when june loh asked for the election of comm members. and i was thinking, "will they elect me? pls, i really hope they do." and YES! thanks YUAN cuz i could hear your voice so loud and clear. haha soo.. yea, i'm chairperson. thanks t0 ALL who have faith in me. *muAhhhh!* =D (i feel guai already.)

anyway, standing in front is s0 different. i realised i gotta improve my way of mouthing the national anthem so that Q wont suspect. and everytime Q turned to look in my direction, i was so afraid he'll pin-point me out after flag raising. weird. i think i'm paranoid. XP haha but of cuz standing in front is FUN! cuz i get to talk loads with halen and linfeng. hahah linny's hair is SO long and halen is the exact opposite. muahahahah! but of cuz i oso haf a super clear view of my hao peng you. yuck.

s0 the first day of sch was rather fun. but most of the class pple left at 9.30 for orientation. leaving so few of us behind. rehearsed abit of the play. hopefully we'll get to improve on it by mon. mr ken is gonna write us an early dismissal letter so we can all run off after recess. hoho!
(linfeng and halen showed me a SUPER FUNNILY DISGUSTING photo today! Muahahhahahahah! shall look at it more often the next time i feel angry or smth =p)

anyway, thank God for solid teachers this yr. all our subject teachers have changed, except for mr. chew-pe and xie yao-hcl. now june loh is teaching us bio (yay! th0 i dislike her, i must admit her bi0 teaching is pr0). mrs phua f0r chem, nancy ng for maths (i'm quite uncertain abt her tho. wenling and some other seniors hate her lyk shit), har ying ying for physics (no more raja! boohoohoo.), huda for eng, chin wanee for ss/geog (she's so damn chio!). really hope i can do well this yr. (:

anyways, man utd won 1-0 to boro. in fact, it was an own goal by danny mills. haha danny mills rawk! =p n0w man utd are at the top of the table. woOhoo! s0 proud of them. but leeds lost to wolves. haiz. zj must be so sad :(

yea! my headache is gone so i must update. i realised i'm so reliant on this lj that i can't even remember what happened last week until i read the entries. so if all my entries are wiped out one day, i dare say i'd have lost a few months of mem0ries along with it. *goes mad* ar-hem! coming back, this yr's christmas was a rather quiet one. last yr's was definitely more ra-ra and everyone could feel the festive joy. but this yr was kinda different. sarah came over to my house to stay. (i think i mentioned that.) okay, so read the previous entry.

i shall blog about christmas service. yesyes, i enj0yed this yr's one quite abit. partly becuz of the nice compliments. *thick-skinned* muahahahahhahaz! and so i opened a present my mom gave me as a surprise that morning. (she bluffed me that she didn't get me anything o_O) it was that damn chio skirt i've been going gaga over! hahah yesyes, it's DAMN chio. wore it with the black top and went to church. (: received l0ts of weirdly nice comments frm many many pple. yay! thankewww (: keke.. my cell arranged to dress formal but nearly every1 else in youth turned up formal. =p the guys were in long-sleeved shirts and ties etc. but the girls were stunning! all of them were dressed to the nines and it simply wowed me awayyyy~ *whistles* meredith brought her camera and we t0ok some photos. yay! (: i spent lyk $20 lesser on presents this yr! well partly because i bought in bulk and -the obvious- i'm broke! >.<

hmmm.. wad else is there t0 blog about. aha! my mom and i went shopping for new year clothes and i bought a lot! =D saw this really striking orange nike SB yesterday and i fell in love with it! it was so cooL k! but in the end i bought the greyish-black one cuz orange didn't haf size. BAH. >:(

ohhh yes! i went to my cousin's house on sat for post christmas party/bbq. hahaha. it was funnnn and my hair reeked of barbequed chicken wings when i came home. after dinner, we opened our christmas presents there. haha my older cousin and his gf were s0 mushy manz! they started kissing when they opened their presents for each other. i could feel my goosebumps rising all over so i kept staring at the floor. thank goodness they didn't french or smth, if not i would haf fainted. anyways, i LOVE my pressies! i g0t a man utd bag and jersey from my uncle. whaHAHAhAHAx! it rawkz! i was s0 happy i cried lor (?!) and they had to take fotos of me. argh!! i bet i must haf looked so DARN STUPID.

another nice thing that happened. i went christmas shopping with jiayi. loLs. i like going out with her cuz we'll only start arguing about soccer. she supports real madrid. *blahhhh* hahah. yes s0 she'll suan me abt utd and i'll do the same. she brought me to this soccer shop near peninsular. i tell u, that shop is the BEST! it has EVERYTHING, and i mean EVERYTHING! i want to work there next time!!!! but it's pretty small, so i guess they dun need any helpers. it's managed by Indians. no offence to any Indians though, but the shop had a funny smell. >.< err.. yes. ANYWAY, there was this woman who was buying loads of man utd stuff. my eyes nearly popped out man and i was thinking, how i wish my mom would do the same.. hiakz. i saw s0me really nice leeds stuff there and i'm still contemplating if i should get it for zj. hrmm.. XP

anyway, school is gonna reopen this friday!! a new chap of my life will begin- and as chairperson too! =D and i can get to see everyone (linny!!) again! yay =D=D but one sucky news: june loh is my form teacher! argh!! suayness of all suaynesses! i hope she doesn't make life hell for me. or else i'll start a massive strike. whahaha! i can already picture it all in my mind... *evil grin*

i'm going to watch LOTR again tonight. haha yes tonight! but with my older cousin and his gf. his brother was supposed to go but he fell sick yesterday and i so don't want to be a bright shining lamp post. so my mom got her friend's son to go. whaha. i dun mind th0ugh. i rather look at jordan tho he's sec 1, then see them snuggling and doing God-knows-what in the darkness man. XP okay time to eat lunch. seeya~!!

merry christmas everyone!

well christmas was funn but kinda quiet. sarah came over to stay. we had steamboat for dinner, ate ice-cream while watching serendipity and chatted throughout the night. (:

a lot of things happened. but i dun think i'll blog abt it today. having a bad headache now.

anyway, this yr i had SO little pressies. but they were all so cool! 3 man utd stuff =D well, it's the quality not quantity =p the bestest ones so far: a man utd jersey and bag. woOooo!!!!! i cried when i opened the present. cried tears of joy. whahahha! so silly.. but SO HAPPY!!!! =D psst. dage, i g0t my man utd jersey already! ;)

yesterday's newpaper was going mad over ronaldo cuz he played superly well against everton. hahah. and guess wad i did? i cut out every single article with his name and his pic. =D

okayyyy... think i'll update another day. everything i'm typing is so disorganised. my head is spinning. ouch.

yay!!! the Lord has been suuuuper good to me =D firstly, i passed the audition and g0t into pop dance. i was praying so hard that i'd be able to get in, and i did! =D at first my chances were pretty slim cuz a)EVERYONE wanted to get into pop dance b) i'm a slow learner. but i practised pretty hard at home. when wan tien told me i was in, i started jumping for joy man. totally didn't expect it cuz i kinda screwed up twice during the audition. yayyyyyyy!!! =D=D=D=D

secondly, my cell w0n 3rd prize for our cell skit play. we did The 10 Virgins and it was pretty hilarious. but i gotta take my hats off to Samuel's cell on The Unforgiving Servant. they were really good. hahahaha. i laughed till my sides ached. but i think my cell did pretty good too (: congratulations to everyone in the cell f0r making our play a success! Thank God for giving sarah and i inspiration to write the script (:

and thirdly, i w0n some pretty cool man utd goodies today!!!!! WOOHOOOO!! there was a man utd roadshow "Treasures of Manchester United" at parkway mph. my dad was there, s0 he hurriedly called my hp and told me to come down. a guy who looked strangely familiar was hosting it and he was looking for man utd supporters. my dad was frantically trying to point me out. *d0tz* hahaha. but yea, in the end the guy spotted me and he came over and asked me for my name. so i had to ans a qn correctly before i could get the goodies.
man: what question should i ask you?
me: easy easy one, please.
man: hmmm.. let me think.
me: how about a question on Ronaldo?! *nodnod*
man: i asked that earlier already.
me: ARGH!!!!!!! how could u d0 that?!
lols. yea in the end he asked me wad was paul scholes jersey number. muahahah. and i g0t it correct =D=D i oso helped a small boy to answer his qn on paul scholes. but too bad he didn't share his man utd goodies with me :( *awww..*

so long nv update le! anyways, life is starting t0 get really busy.. everything's all coming in again. SMASH, holiday homework, dance training, christmas etc.

i've s0 far behind in my homework and revision, i dont even want to think abt it =p had dance last friday, though we most probably wont be able to perform or anything (the principal doesn't think highly of us at all). it was quite alright lah. lotsa new sec2s and 1s. we learnt the dance f0r AM to PM. haiz. i really hope i can get into the pop dance section. but i really suck man!! i realised i'm a very very slow learner and i get my m0ves all mixed up. >_< haiz. and i'm very scared i'll screw up when they make us dance alone. i'll definitely screw up! argh! and tian said i n0t hip-hop enuff. argh!! i really want t0 get int0 pop dance section. :( haiz. been practising a l0t at home.. hopefully i dun forget my moves.

plus, that day both my legs and kidney was aching so much lor. it was even painful to walk! haiy0x. played s0ccer for lyk 3 hrs the day b4. den keep tackling the guys. gave them so many injuries. *muahahahha* my mott0: kick without caring! but i scored a goal! yayyy!! s0 happy. we team w0n too =D loLs. so yea, my legs were aching s0 bad. and even more so when we had t0 do stretching for dance. totally killed me!

was supposed to go out with julia after dance. but that poor girl was so sick! haiz. in the end, i went out with sarah. we went orchard and watched Brother Bear. loLs! great sh0w. i love it manx. it was sooooooo touching! :') haha and c0da is soo cute! yea, pple g0 watch it. (:

SMASH is coming up too. sarah put jac and i in charge of writing the script. i hope i dun screw that one up either. was kinda pissed off when they decided t0 change the parable after i wr0te the plot and everything f0r the first one. oh well, [anger management]. if i dun learn t0 get over these kinda small things, i wont be able to handle big blows next time. hrmm. yes. at least, i'm glad she has faith in me :)

yEa! man utd 4 villa 0 total thrashing man!!!! =D=D hahahaha. i stayed up till 1 to catch that match. spectacular game!! i'm so proud of man utd. Glory Glory Man United! it was double delight f0r nistelrooy and forlan! my impression of forlan has totally changed! at first i thot fergie was insane to subst forlan for nistelrooy but he proved me wrong! forlan scored 2 goals within 2 minutes. #21 power!!! wOohoo! =D n0w they're only 2 pts behind chelsea. i knew they could d0 it! my bao beis!!! =D hahaha.
the leeds and chelsea match was fantastic too. leeds scored the first goal and end result was a tie. AMAZING SIA! leeds totally rawk! they really put up such a great show. but i was hoping they'd win chelsea. >.< lolss.
was singing sappy cantonese kara-ok songs with my grand aunt just now. hahahahha! so darn corny! but i'm determined to improve my cantonese =D

day 3.
we went to tokyo disneyland and spent the entire day there! disneyland was spectacular!!! wonderful!! fantastic!! it was lyk we all became small kids again. that place was HUGE and beautiful. the popular trademark everyone remember Disney as is the castle right? yupyup! it was in the centre of disneyland and it was totally amazing! exactly lyk a real cinderalla's castle, with the pointed roofs and tall long towers. my parents and i sat a few of their rides and they were so fun k!!!! i really love disneyland. and they had so many shops selling damn nice disney stuff. i g0t myself a nice small tigger plush toy. hahah! so ex sia! during certain times of the day, there'd be parades and all the disney masc0ts would parade through the entire place. i saw s0 many s0 many! donald duck, mickey, monster inc, STITCH!, beauty and the beast, cinderella, goofy, chip and dale, blahblah! everyone! the way they built the entire place was fantastic. we spent the entire day there, frm 9.30-5.30. it felt so surreal, lyk i was transp0rted to Disney itself. (:(:(:

that night we all slept well and the next day we to0k the plane home. i had ice cream on the plane too! =D JAL rawks. oOoo.. during the flight back, i watched 3 movies in a row. Legally Blonde 2, Daddy Day Care and The Hulk. hahaha. legally blone is so.. ermm.. blonde XP very funny. the hulk was super boring! peh =p anyways, reached home arnd 1+. we came home to find that fluffy had messed up the entire place. she was so smelly >< lols.

trip to japan - part 2

the next day we took a bullet train to tokyo. their train station is damn nice k! exactly lyk citilink mall. and the trains are so much nicer than our mrt =p the guide brought us to haf lunch and a shopping area. that place is lyk tokyo's "orchard road". and it was really nice! there were the main streets that was bustling with people n traffic, and small lanes by the side which had a really vintage feel to it. everything was so classy. the things there were so branded and high-classed. well the prices were also very nice XD.

next we went to visit the oldest temple in japan. my parents and i didn't want to g0 in, cuz of religious reasons. so we went to the chinatown which was beside it. the really cute thing abt it was that the entire street was painted red! yea! on both sides were cute little shophouses selling japanese crackers, authentic traditional fans & all sorts of things. bought lotsa crackers there f0r every1 (:

next the guide brought us around town. we went to this toyota showhouse, where all the lastest and coolest models of toyota cars were showcased. woahhhh! there were so many chio cars! even th0se racing cars. *whistles* chioooooooo~! i sat in the driver's seat of this huge huge huge posh car (i f0rgot the model) and my dad t0ok a fot0! haha! yEa man. my future car ;) beside the showhouse was a shopping centre. the guide told us the toilet there was fabulous. wad can i say.. it was so true!!! the toilet was HUGE! i think it's even bigger than my house XD. the toilet was divided into different sections by colour. and the outer parts (shaped in semicircles) were juz mirr0rs and tables f0r vain women. den it leads to the inner sections where there are different 'departments' (separated by colours) was where the cubicles and sinks were found. AND U NOE WAD?! the toilet seats had a special equipment attached to it, so when u press a certain button, it will sh00t water out to help u wash ur butt! whahahhahhax. i tried it and it was so ticklish! ahahaha! so funnnnnnn!! and my mom and i took f0t0s of the toilet too! lame or wat? =p but all in the name of fun *grinz*

in the shopping centre, there was this huge sports grandome. tell u, it was amazing! it sold all the merchandise of any sports, be it baseball, bball and SOCCER! wooOooo! there were walk-in sections selling lyk only English Football Clubs stuff or Spanish Clubs stuff blah. saw so many arsenal and chelsea stuff, but n0 man utd! i was kinda fuming. den when i walked out and continued walking, i saw this walk-in section selling purely man utd stuff! WAHHHHHHHHHhh!!!!! i literally ran in and screamed. it was B E A U T I F U L! everything was man utd. every single damn thing! the walls, the ceiling, the posters! it was lyk a total dream and i didn't want to wake up! there was a display of man utd history and -get this- their medals and trophies k!!!! i was lyk OH MY GAAWWWWDDD! i wanted to buy the entire place down! but the prices were beautiful too! and i saw so many ronaldo jerseys and shirts!!! ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! pure bliss man! however they cost lyk $300++++ oh man! my heart pain sia! i rather buy it back home :'( in the end, i could only settle f0r a man utd bottle. haiz..... and it cost me $15 (!!!).... -_-" i.love.that.place. haha~

trip to japan - part 1

helloooo!! i'm back from japan. and with goodies f0r everyone! =D well, f0r those i didn't forget lah. hehehx. newayz, the trip was pretty good. though i didn't particularly enjoy myself as much as the time i went china, but this trip wasn't too bad lah. okok recap!
we took a night flight to japan. arrived at the airport arnd 8.30pm so we checked in and toured the airport. haha~ hey did u know... the airport has salons, spas, poolside lounge etc? cooL right! i didn't noe changi airport was so well established XD saw this really really cute caucasian guy who boarded the same plane. but sadly he wasn't in the same tour grp as me. *awww..* hiakz.
when we arrived, we went straight to the boiling valley first. the weather was cold cold cold! and my mom wrapped me up lyk a humJipeng >.< though it was a boiling valley, the place was still cold! the drive up allowed us to see the cap of mt. fuji which was covered with snow. we could oso see a very clear view of it at the boiling valley. beautiful man! it was so majestic! well, there was nothing exceptionally hot at the valley lah. juz a lot of sulphur smoke coming outta the ground. it was so smelly k! exactly lyk the sulphur we experiment with in the chem lab. bleah XP. my parents and i climbed right up to the top and took lotsa fotos =D the scenery was real beautiful.

next was a 2 hr drive to mt. fuji. praise God cuz the weather was so fine. we were the only group of tourists who were able to go right up to the fifth lvl of the mountain. the other grps couldn't cuz of the bad weather. haha! yEa manx. thank God =D when we reached the top, we saw snow on the ground!! yEa sn0w!!! it was so cold and s0 s0 so so so so BEAUTIFUL! we were practically just under the cap of the mountain. the view was spectacular man. to0k a lot of fotos there again (duh!).

that night we checked in at a traditional japanese inn at the f00t of the mountain. the rooms were the typical traditional japanese style rooms, with sliding doors and we had to sleep on the floor. yea! totally cute! we w0re the kim0nos they provided us with and took fotos again! hahahax. den we went to sleep. guess wad time was that? 8pm singapore time -_-"

wOoooo!!!! juz came back from jia's house. bought new paper on the way back. everyone's g0ing "the Blues" or "Blues best". yadaaaa. urgh! makes me sick. s0 what? they only w0n one match. the pressure's n0t till march/april time. they better watch out cuz i'm sure man utd will make a comeback. burn their butts black.
i saw my cristian0!!!!!!! hahahah =D=D s0 happy. pure bliss man. n0w i can fly off with a happy heart (: i seriously didn't expect him to play cuz he nv plays 2 games in a row. but fergie subst cristian0 for fortune in the 70th min. yEa! nv really liked fortune. i tell u, cristian0's dribbling is SHEN ARH! is pr0 until cannot pr0 anymore! he can really bring the ball f0rward and his tricks are lyk.. i dunno.. juz so damn pro man. i absolutely love love love his footwork. cao ji seh! super super CHIO! chio chio chio!! i've nv seen a player wh0 can dribble as well as him. maybe there are lah.. lyk carlos or zidane. but n0ne in epl has cristian0's skills man. wahhhhhhhh... hao mi ren wor. *sw00ns* haha! =p
caught a little of the arsenal n fulham match. loLs! judging their form and skills, arsenal should haf won. but i'm anti-arsenal.. so.. HAHA! =x=x man city vs middlesbrough match was so funny. that chinese man from man city own goal! AHAHAHHAHA! jia and i were laughing lyk crazy. but i pity him lah. he looked so sad. =p

loLs!!! i went to emily's restaurant yesterday!! so funny kaes. at first i couldn't g0 cuz my parents haven't packed finish our luggage and it was evening already. but i pr0mised linny and emily tt i'd go. s0 they kept calling and i was complainging in front of my parents. in the end, they said yes and we bathed lyk suuuuper quick and cheonged down!! hahah! s0 funny. linny didn't see me when i reached s0 i smacked her hard! hahahaha =p linny g0t fleshy butt XP hahaha! den we went to find emily =D

wookies! time to blog abt this. last thurs went out with juLz. lols!! so funnn manx. first we went orchard n t00k lotsa pics. den we saw veLvie there. n0t say great as jer described her to be. we bought gummies.. lotsa gummies :) oOoo.. den tried this really nice top at 37deg. but t00 bad n0 munneh and i dun think i'd dare to wear. after that we took a train down to bugis. hahaha t00k more pics. realised juLz can be vain and screamy =p g0t some really nice pics. but i think i looked gr0ss in most of them. >.< she t0ld me to be LIBERAL cuz we live in an OPEN society (yada) and so we tried s0 manyyyy crazy tops!! reminded me of sao bins. =p budden those tops were really really cool! will nv imagine myself to be in one. oOohhh.. this is the nice part. den we went to this shop. phuture isit? i can't remember the name. there were sooooo many gowns there. lyk evening wear? yesyes. so she grabbed this really chio black tube dress and made me wear it and she chose this long, also very very chio gown with metal rings at the neck, f0r herself. we had so much trouble putting it on lor. hahahah lyk suakuuuu >.< in the end g0t the salesgirl to wear f0r us =p den we used her hp to take pic. hahaha. so crazeeeeee but so funnnn. after that we took them off and ran out of the shop. without buying! hahahah! duh la.. couldn't afford it anyway. $130 bucks leh!
okok.. here's the BESTEST part.. i came home and cheonged to church to... PLAY SOCCER!!!! woOhooo!!! budden sarah didn't play f0r long. so we kinda lost our star striker. =( oh wells. it was so fun!!!!!! lardiduMz~ i played all the way to 7+++ sia! so fun! anyway, s'pore lost to the farmers of myanmar. urgh! utter disgrace! >.

the joys of goal-scoring is simply -mmmmmmhmmmmm- delicious. haha! today was quite a fun day. started it off by finishing disc2 of Xmen2. oh mannnnn. it is such a fantastic show. i nearly cried when Jean 'died'. hahah. it's a great show.
after that, my dad sent me to jia yi's house and i spent the afternoon there playing ps2, talking abt soccer and disturbing the baby. lols. she was showing off her real madrid's jersey kaes >.< n000000 fair!!! i'm still lyk struggling to save up for my man utd one. =( i taught her how to play hearts too! hahaha. an amatuer lyk me can actually teach her how to play. must have been a miracle.
okayyy. this is the fun part. sarah called me and told me they were playing soccer in church. so the min i reached home, i changed my shoes and zooooomed all the way to church. it was 3 against 2. me, sarah n wilbert against alvin n clement. great game man! we w0n them 16-13. hahahahah!! so so fun! sarah is lyk a natural goal scorer. practically every single ball she kicked went in. i take my hats off to her manx. she's lyk the second nistelrooy doing hat-trick or smth.
well today was my first serious time playing soccer and i was praying quite hard tt i wouldn't make a fool out of myself. and i didn't! =D i scored a couple of goals. (i was labelled "the violent one") hahaha! it felt so great man. the whole time i was thinking of how cristiano played and suddenly, lyk some invisble driving force came over me and i went f0r it! wOoo! i couldn't believe myself! was so estatic when the ball went in. loLs! =D *hiakz* so so so funn! played until part of the soles of my shoe came off =p i love soccer man (: maybe i'll go play tmr! yesyes.

i dunno why i'm feeling so ap nowadays. i can be feeling fine in the morning. and then -wham- my mood changes. i'll starting feeling irritated and pissed off. a slight annoyance can spark off a series of never-ending arguments. i find myself snapping at whoever that calls my name. i can even see myself glaring at people whom i may or may not know. i hate to get sms because i know not a single one will be from him. hell, i don't even noe why i'm wishing that he'd msg me. this is all so wrong!
why are my mood swings so dependent on him and wad he does?! i just don't seem to get the logic of it. after all, if what we once had meant nothing to him, i can do the same too. if he can forget it all and switch targets lyk a twinkling of an eye, well, so can i! but why am i still so emotionally tied down? i am not happy. i know my life isn't as happy as i want it to be. yet i somehow don't seem to be in control of my life. my very own life! this is so wrong. i don't understand myself.
mental strength is the key to overcoming all obstacles. that's what i believe. i shouldn't underestimate my mental strength. i cannot be weak-willed. i cannot be swayed into another spate of dejection because of someone so not worth it.
yesyes.. i will NOT care abt what he does. thanks sarah f0r another late night talk. lol (: really made me feel much better.

everyone is either going holiday or going back to their jia xiang le. sze wai left for hk already, halen going back this friday, van is at the airport now leaving for her thailand mission trip. me leh? waiting for my tuition teacher to come. whahahx, i will really miss them sia! hope they will haf a safe trip there and enjoy themselves. [sze wai, dun forget wad u hafta buy for all of us!! i'll be waiting for my man utd jersey!] heheh =D 2 more weeks and i'll be going away t00! yesyes can't wait! hmmm.. my aunty living in australia is gonna come back to visit us. i lurve her man. she's so fun and crazy. she and my mom are super close lah. so she called us up last night. oh, she asked me wad i wanted from australia, so i told her the same thing i told lin feng and anyone else who asks me the same question: i want a kangarooooo! nougarts (is that how u spell it?) aiyah.. those hard chewy things as well. i was saying nuggets nuggets and she said, "wad nuggets? ... ohhhh u mean NU-GARS" hahaha. so funny! yeahhh, so now u noe nougarts are actually nuuuu-gaaarrs. =p

*yawnn* call me a walking zombie cuz i think i am one. woke up so early this morning to see a chinese physician. yucks lor. he is such a grumpy old man! talked in short crude chinese sentences and every word seemed to be spat out with such bitterness. bah! it's not my fault if he doesn't like his job rite? =p plus, the patient is always RIGHT. hrmm. XD wadever.
he said i have a weak pulse.. not enuff blood in the body.. very weak.. yada yada.. only my mom understood. i juz wanted to get out of that place. warrhhh i can't stand the smell there! it smells lyk a horrible concoction of sour herbs and bad odour. >_< eeewww! and guess how much medicine he prescribed? 1 big bottle of super bitter mixture and 14 pills- all to be eaten at a go. of the pills, 8 of them are the same. so damn disgusting k! i gotta pop down 8 red pills, 4 orange pills (that looks lyk skittles) and 2 capsules. after eating them, my stomach was so bloated lor. that's not all, i have to drink some disgusting tonic soup every week. yux yux yux yux yux!
went to church after that to help out with the newly opened 'Makan Shiok Shiok'. hahaha.. it's a kopi tiam managed entirely by us youths, raising funds to sponsor those who can't afford to pay youth camp fees. it was power man! juz the eat-in food itself brought in abt $1000+. sarah and i couldn't believe it man =D thank God! to think we had not considered the sales from take away section and bookmarks and donations boxes. we'd definitely haf more than enough to sponsor 10 youths! =D yay! thank God! sarah and i were cashier, so i juz sat there and handled the munneh. hehehe! not easy ok! must use a lot of brains to calculate. business was really good too! most of the food was sold out and 1 chicken wing could go as high as $4. hahaha! daylight robbery sia! yet someone bought it =p whoever that was, must have been damn hungry..
i'm so tired and bored now.. quite surprised and happy that we actually msg till quite late. but of all things i had to fall asleep! blahhhhh XP going to cousin's house tonight. but there's no premiership tonight... all euro qualifiers. siannn diao. nvm.. i'll support england as usual. there's finally a meaning to wearing my england jersey =p

hello! i've finally found ample time to blog abt level camp. yupyups, it is smth i have to write about cuz it is just so memorable. =) hmmm.. before going there, i felt really apprehensive. partly cuz i didn't noe majority of my grp pple and i heard the living conditions there sucked =p hmm.. so let's see.
Day 1
we played cards on the way to sarimbun. hahaha we were playing bridge and all 3 of us ganged up together to sabo wc. obviously he lost. =p the ride there was quite long, drove past cemetries after cemetries. damn scary sia. *shudder* we were discussing ways of how to escape camp but apparently none of us were brave enough to run past all the cemetries at night. =p hahaha. so reached there, settled down.. blahblah.. we had all the water activities that day. OH! we had the coolest, funkiest, funniest instructor, BOBBBY!!! =D=D he rawked man! we did river challenge. took quite long actually. hahaha cuz majority of us were slacking, only the grp leaders racked their brains. after tt was challenge valley. we didn't really get to complete that cuz it started pouring =( awww..
next up was Nature Ramble. woahhhh.. that was really really really really really fun! we had to trek through a fraction of the forest. it was such an enriching experience, especially for people who are over-pampered by the comforts of their homes (me!). hahaha =p all around was just dense vegetation and the lingering smell of rain was simply refreshing. but that was only one of the few good sides. the worse was yet to come. because of the rain, the ground was extremely slushy, muddier and more disgusting than usual. and this meant more slippery as well. it was really hard keeping our balance and we had to grab each other occasionally. shrilly screams puntuated the still forest air from time to time- even the guys screamed. hahahha! yea, namely sze jeng =p
we crossed swamps and played in the mudpool. it was fun fun fun!!!! the instructor was evil! he made us leopard crawl through this really squishy and thick mudpool whilst he juz squat by the side and laugh at our pathetic state.
wad he said was really true. those vain tai-tais fork out hundreds of dollars just to haf mud smeared all over their bodies (it's good for the skin, i suppose) whereas we haf abundant mud all around us yet we were eeww-ing the sky down. but the mud was so smelly and disgusting lor! i felt lyk i was crawling through my own sh*t =p hahaha but it was super fun =D my group pple didn't get enough of it so we all requested for more. because of our enthu-ness, he led us down another trail into another swamp! hahaha it was fun sia! so we all just sat there, splashing muddy water over each other and washed ourselves. we looked lyk a total mess when we return to the campsite. in addition to that, we had so many cuts all over our legs. bah! =(
Day 2
did all the dry activities today. seriously, my grp was totally not united at all. but i really hafta pei fu xi xun. she was trying really hard to bond all of us. too bad we were all slackers =p could see that bobby was trying to unite us. but whenever he said "spongebob oei", we'd just sit there and stare blankly at him. hhaha so he said we were very style, always never reply. (i think he meant ap)
teambuilding games was the last activity of the day, the activity before the campfire. lyk how late was that lor. budden a miracle happened! teambuilding games were fantastic man. so damn fun!! and it really really bonded us as an entire group. we were desperately hanging on to each other and singing out hearts out for the hula-hoop game. hahahah i really liked tt game. and tt lyk majorly hyped us up and brought all our spirits soaring high. great man! one thing tt we were pretty anxious about was our campfire item. we did some friendship dance and a stupid ah-go-go dance. hahah lame! but we didn't even practise much. it was kinda lyk 'lets all go and embarrass ourselves'.
campfire was really good. very fun! but some -certain- group was so sao lor. =p xi xun pulled me in last min to do the ah-go-go dance and i screwed up all the steps! eePz! hahaha. i must haf looked so darn silly, but who cares i had fun =D come to think abt it, i partnered _ for the friendship dance! Wheeeee~!! =D=D hahhaha g0t to hold hands *winkz* after campfire, we played cards at the campfire circle until we got chased away by wendy. den we all walked back together to the tents. hahahah oh manx! i will never forget that night sia! =D
Day 3
last day of camp. everyone had mixed feelings i guess. part of me wanted to leave sarimbun as quick as possible and return to my comfy bed. but another part of me wanted to spend more time with the grp cuz it was so fun! haiyorhhh. i think it was the campfire ba.. we started tokking more. =D hahah found out that _ is a very very nice person. taught _ how to peel potatoes too =p haha on the bus, all of us sat at the back and played cards. hahaha the pple in front were also playing cards. the bus was exactly lyk a gambling den! =p even xie yao didn't care. _ sat on the floor with joseph cuz there weren't anymore space. haiyorhh. poor thing. but nvm! at least we got to play cards =D *hiakz*

OHhh the most shocking thing was, we won the Best Campfire Item. yes! our stupid ah-go-go and friendship dance! unbelievable man! we were actually pretty confident of winning best cheer, definitely NOT the Best Item considering how crap and last-minute it was =p but we won! hahaha. pr0-ness =D we were all stupified when they announced our grp name. hahaha! so silly!

in all, camp was so so so fun. but the toilets were so so so sucky. hahaha. so many memories, even got closer with my class girls during the camp. so fun! hahaha we played under the spotlight (can't shake up the shadow off ur excess fats and jie hui's -certain- imitation) all the way till 3+ in the morning. hahaha. really really nice camp =) i love my tong zhi men and my camp grp! hahahahah =D=D
